Input Filters
In general, it is installed between the power supply and the input power line of the frequency
converter, suppressing the transmission interference and radiation interference generated by the
frequency converter with the common mode and differential mode suppression capacity, which is
mainly used under the condition with high electromagnetic environment requirement, so as to
prevent the interference of input end of the frequency converter to the power grid and the other
equipments during the operation of the frequency converter.
Main Function
1. Suppress the commutation gap of power grid;
2. Block the harmonic wave that will enter the power grid of the
frequency converter;
3. Suppress the harmonic wave generated by the equipment, prevent
from interfering the sensitive electrical devices around the equipment;
4. Moderate the peak pulse in the power grid.
Output Filter
It is installed between the power output line and the motor of the frequency converter, which can not only effectively
filter the higher harmonic wave in the output current of the frequency converter, reduce the additional torque caused
by high frequency harmonic wave, lower the temperature rise of the motor and its running noise, but also effectively
inhibit the surge voltage at the output side of the frequency converter, protect the motor, and improve the power
factor of frequency conversion speed regulation system.
Main Function
1.Reduce the main power harmonic wave and commutation gap;
2.Protect power electronic components of the driving device from the harm
by impact of peak current of main power supply;
3.Suppress the harmonic wave interference of the frequency convector
output;
4.Improve the reliability of system
